Hook'd replaces those moldy old magazines in the barbershop, and helps the shop to stay organized and build customer loyalty.

Hook'd is a full-stack MERN app that barber shops can use to keep track of their customers' appointments, reviews, preferred styles, and contact information. Customers use the app to search for images of hairstyles they want, filtered by a preset taxonomy, or by custom search terms. Users can share their saved images with their barber, and keep track of when they got which style, and how much they liked it. Hook'd is integrated with Stripe for secure payments, and with Google's Custom Search Engine API, so the images available to search are always growing, and reflecting current trends.
